Refund Policy

Grandios Pap is a food product and it is unsafe to accept returns. Therefore, orders correctly delivered and in good condition cannot be returned.

  • For complaints on orders involving return and exchange, please send a message attached with clear pictures of the order. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the order. Complaints received after the stipulated time frame will not be acknowledged.
  • In the event of incomplete or incorrect order delivery, the company will take full responsibility for resolution as long as the fault is from the company.
  • Refund shall be made for payments on out-of-stock items.
  • Products already dispatched cannot be refunded. This is because we are unable to control the movement of our external logistics partners after they pick up order. 
  • You are not eligible for a refund after paying for a product that is available. Your order can only be reconstituted  if it has not been dispatched.
  • Please allow 3 business days for eligible refunds to be processed. The sum of  N150 will be deducted from every refund for stamp duty, bank charges, and refund charges. This will not be applicable if the refund is as a result of the company’s error.
  • Prothrive does not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons. 
  • In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please fill and submit the contact form. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.
